Payment

All prices are final prices plus delivery / shipping costs.

All indicated prices are final prices plus delivery and shipping costs. In accordance with § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT and therefore do not disclose this (small business status).

You have the following payment options in our online shop

• Payment by Paypal
• Payment with credit card

When paying with PayPal, you pay directly via your PayPal account. After the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal, where the payment process takes place. Afterwards (under consideration of the indicated delivery times) the goods dispatch takes place.

Shipping

When your package is sent, you will automatically receive an email.

Your parcel will reach you within Germany within 4 to 8 working days after confirmation of order and receipt of payment.

Deliveries of goods within the EU will reach you within 9 to 14 working days after receipt of payment.

Shipping-costs:

If several products have been ordered, they are combined into one order and sent together in a maxi letter or package.
